Registration

Registration for the camp can be done either in-person or by mail.

In-person registration sessions will be held at the Mississauga Central Library
Atrium / Centre Court (just outside the Central Library)
301 Burnhamthorpe Rd. W.
Mississauga, ON L5B 3Y3
on the following dates during the times listed.
Monday, May 14th 2007 (6:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
Saturday, May 26th 2007 (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
 

To register by mail, please follow the steps below:

1. download the registration form which is in PDF format.
2. You can then print the Registration form using the free Adobe Reader available here and complete all the necessary fields.
3. Once the registration form is completed, please mail the form to the address given below:

4. Note that spaces are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis but all attempts will be made to accommodate your registration request.
5. Confirmation notices will be sent to you advising if your child has been registered for the weeks you've chosen once your payment has been processed.  For quicker confirmation of your registration please send a certified cheque.  Personal cheques typically take between 2-3 weeks to process. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notification of any cancellations must be made to the Registrar at least 7 days prior to the start date.  A $25.00 administration fee per child per week will be applied.  Refunds will be issued in September.
