Camp Information

The summer camp runs for seven weeks during the summer. The camp counsellors are bilingual and are carefully screened and trained. The camp programs are imaginative, creative and set in a fun, relaxed yet challenging atmosphere. Activities include: crafts, music, hikes, games, swimming and regular outings typically on Wednesday to attractions in the local area all at no extra cost.

Our camp's focus is "Fun In French" for children from 6-11 years of age. All campers must have completed at least one year of French instruction as all campers are expected to speak French at all times while at the camp. It is required that French Immersion children complete at least Grade 1 to ensure a positive camp experience.

The summer camp program operates from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily and we offer free supervision on site from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Extended care is also available from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm for an additional fee and should be arranged in advance during registration so that adequate staffing can be arranged. Extended care is $15.00 per (5 day) week and $12.00 per week per child on the short week.

This year the camp will be held at Queenston Drive Public School located at 3520 Queenston Drive.  Check out the planned schedule of themes and trips for the camp.

Register early to avoid disappointment as our enrolment space is limited and usually fill ups up by the end of April.
